Share your organization's structure and metrics with stakeholders as a PowerPoint presentation.

Overview

Export a scenario to a PowerPoint presentation to share your workforce story with key stakeholders. You can include specific organizations, positions, and metrics in your export, and customize details to fit your audience.

Select content to export

  1. In a scenario, click the More actions button > Export to PowerPoint.

  2. In the Export to PowerPoint room, select the details you want to include in the PowerPoint for Organizations, Positions, and Metrics.

Set export settings and export

  1. In the Export settings panel, configure details such as Node Data and Color-Coding.

  2. Review the Export summary panel to confirm what's included and the slide order.

  3. Click Export.

    Result: A PowerPoint file will be downloaded with your scenario name and export date in YYYY-MM-DD HH_mm format.

    Note:  

    • The export generates PowerPoint objects that you can easily edit post-export.

    • Large exports may overflow the slide frame or, in extreme cases, fail to open.
